I had a similar issue and a new actuator fixed it. Just over $100 for the Dorman part on Amazon. Use a flathead screwdriver to slide the red lock back, depress the black toggle, and pull it off.

Incentives are locked in when you order, if they are better when you take delivery you can use those instead. Ford (and I assume GM) does the same...

Is that on the same roads where it works then doesn't? I know on GMs system, not all roads are mapped.

They peel right off, especially on a brand new truck. Use a hair dryer to heat them up a bit and no residue will be left behind.
