I know the Cummins Ram's have the block heater installed from factory in all engines, some just need to have the cord added. Can anyone confirm or deny that the ecodiesel has the block heater installed WITHOUT the cold weather package?

Obviously 3.92 is preferred for towing but most of the talk about gearing is regarding gas engine trucks. Any reason to avoid the 3.92 in the diesel? Does anyone have experience with both the 3.21 and 3.92 in the diesel 1500? Thanks. Oh and I am new here, nice forum!
