I agree, your truck should definitely beat mine there. It is ridiculous it's sat in MD for so long.
I don't know how any of this works but I always assumed the truck ride from the train yard to the dealer was controlled by the dealer. So I figured there weren't enough trucks waiting to warrant...
I just got a text from Ram saying my truck is built and should ship soon even though the website updated 5 days ago saying it was built on 2/19. I'm hoping this means that it's actually about to ship or has shipped 🤞
Maybe your and Djennings trucks felt bad for leaving mine behind and are...
Wow I did not realize Chryslers default rate jumped to 7.26%. I was planning on just accepting the rate from the dealer so I didn't have to deal with bringing in a 3rd party. But no way I'm doing that now when I know a local credit union will give me 4.99% (which still isn't great but the best I...
In my experience, if you order the $65k truck, you will not want a single animal anywhere near it. Even 5 years later in my "cheap by comparison" custom Crosstrek, I have let 1 dog ride in it once and I covered every single inch that the dog could touch in multiple layers of blankets and towels...
@spithead051 and @Djennings94 looks like my truck was just a bit too slow to catch the same train 😭 Wondering if either of you are trading in a vehicle when you get it? Would love to hear about your experience of picking up your truck from Koons so I can know what to expect when mine gets there.
Just to confirm, you spoke to Aaron at MD and that is the price he sent you on the POC? If that's the case, 100% shop around. Like my first post said, you should be somewhere around $59k if not lower.
You should be able to get a much greater discount on the 23 Laramie as well. Mark Dodge has $8k off all of theirs. Plus Ram current incentives and Bonus Cash would give you an extra $2k off. You could order from them and have it delivered and still save $5k+ probably depending on where you live
So finally got it to appear and now have a bonus cash offer that expires 3/3 and 3/19. Wanted to outline what I did in case anyone else is having troubles:
Double check you do not have pop-ups blocked for ramtrucks.com in your browser settings
Open Incognito Mode
Go to the 2023 Build and Price...
What does the pop-up look like or say? The only pop-up I get is one saying something like "Sign up for exclusive news and info". Is that it or is there one that specifically mentions getting bonus cash?
This is the first one I've gotten and I've filled out the "exclusive mailing list" form on their site at least 5 times in the past ~3 months. I don't think there's any way my truck makes it to the dealer by 3/3 so just hate losing out on $1k if I don't get that second email offer.
So I did email the dealer earlier today asking if it could be applied to my order and was told that since my truck was yet to be invoiced, they couldn't tell me.
Then I emailed asking what the status of my truck was and I'm in JS (in storage). Next step being invoiced. So I will email again...
Mine is actually for 2022 and 2023 models:
$1,000 Bonus Cash Allowance valid toward the purchase or lease of most new 2022 and 2023 Ram DS and DT models (excluding TRX). Must order or take retail delivery by 03/03/2023. Not available to the general public. Valid for the person named on...
No, I should have worded it better. I meant the 3/3 date was ungenerous since that's only 16 days away and there's very little chance of my truck making it to the dealer before then.
Just received a Ram email with $1k bonus cash but have to take delivery by 3/3. 16 days to redeem seems a bit ungenerous. I thought I saw a post saying I could ask for it to be applied to my custom order before delivery but now I can't find it. Anyone know if it's possible?
Will plan to email...
I don't think anyone here has that answer unless someone secretly works in the Ram incentives department.
Since there are no Limited incentives in February, I would wait a couple extra days just to see what March incentives are. But keep in mind that incentives on Limiteds are close to...
Varies by dealer usually. I just got 14.25% off MSRP (equates to ~$12k under). Most dealers will give you invoice pricing on factory orders (~7k under MSRP) in general. So getting an extra $5k off is quite a good deal depending on the stipulations. That price could be only for Big Horns/Laramies...
Congratulations! Pretty sure they post WS late at night. So it'll probably be available tonight or tomorrow morning.
I am a bit surprised by the 10 day build time. Hoping mine goes a little faster and I get an estimated delivery date of around 3/6 (or sooner) as well.
