So I called them and they said this is new to them. He asked for my SN of the unit and they may send me a update cable out if needed. So you may want to call them and tell them your issues as well. Might get a cable out of it
Now that you mentioned it, I've had this happened to me a few times...but only when I go from park to drive. And after driving I realize I'm in manual. Hasn't happened too often but enough to raise the question. I may contact Edge on that.
Sir, thanks for this post and link , I've ordered this as well. Question-how did you wire the lights? Did you need a kit? Tapped a certain fuse I assume?
Mine does this...about 2-3mph on the brakes it kills the engine. Release brake it restarts quickly, but significant throttle lag and delay from the truck that once it goes, its a jerk reaction.
I ordered the same switch as you, but the switch leaves a little to work off of...5 prongs. I'll be attempting item 1 on the instructions. My RC bed kit only has two wires as well. Hoping my lights stick to the rhinoliner underneath.....
