    Vented seat module?

I'm communicating with Gen5DIY.com | Home of all your do it yourself needs about building body side harnesses to feed the rear seat heaters and blower fans. I'm guessing they're going to be really expensive, since they will be one offs; but I'll let you know.

Adding heat/cool to rear Laramie seats

Agree with Daverous. I have 2022 BH with Level 1 Equipment Group and no wires present in truck for rear seats. There were none present for fronts eiher; but I was able to get the harness from the same donor truck that my front (heat/vent) seats came from. It was a difficult process. Had to...

    Vented seat module?

OK, I'll look into ALFA. I wounder if there's someone else who can build the harnesses. I could do it if I had a donor harness to work with. But the donor harness I got to do my fronts didn't have any wires for the rears

Found interior from a 2020 Laramie, going to do the swap...

I cut a slit in the rear "carpet" to install the reclining striker. It was easy. Slides into T slot and then one bolt. The original striker does not interfere. No issues with reclining. However, it's really more of a gimmick. Doesn't recline as much as a (coach class) airplane seat. I'm...

    Vented seat module?

Sounds good. BTW, I didn't have to flash the heated/vented front seats--heated steering wheel to my truck. The hard buttons on the center stack just worked as soon as I got everything connected. The soft buttons on the screen aren't there (althought I can live without them). I have a recall...

    Adding Rear Console USBs

You may be able to get to these 2 screws by removing the 6 screws that hold the console in place; then lift the console up and work under it. But, probably easier to just remove the entire end cap. There are 3 clips on each side of the end cap, and one clip in the bottom center; 7 clips total.

    Vented seat module?

I did get the heat and vent (front seats) working. Had to replace my center stack with one that had heat and vent switches. Had to add a lot of wires to, and between, the yellow plugs under the seats. I have not worked on the rears yet, to get the heated part to work. On one side of the rear...

    Adding Rear Console USBs

Here's a shot of the inside. There are 2 screws at the bottom (yellow file handle pointer). So, I think you need to remove the entire end cap of the console to get to these 2 screws.

    Vented seat module?

I swapped a Laramie reclining, heated rear seat into my 2022 BH. I'm trying to add vent to it. I have purchased the bags and the blowers. I can't figure out how to install the bags. Below the leather is the heater pad and below it is about 1/2" of black foam (appears to be open cell). I...

    Autopark seatbelt airbag chimes

I don't have any specifics to look for. I would do a visual check to see if any wires have come loose from their pins, and do a continuity check of every wire on both sides of the yellow connectors under each seat.

    Autopark seatbelt airbag chimes

Congratulations! I'm surprised that the wire broke at the pin crimp (really that it broke at all). My experience is that harnesses and connectors are very robust. But obviously there was a problem with yours.

Rear Heated & Ventilated Seat Connectors

BUMP. Anyone have input on how to do this?

    Autopark seatbelt airbag chimes

I'm not really sure; but I would suspect Seat Belt Buckle Switch Sense more than Seat Position Sensor. I think Seat Position Sensor tells the airbag how hard to fire. Off topic; but I'm curious why there is Seat Detection on Driver's seat. From my experience working on my 3rd Gen truck, Seat...

Rear Heated & Ventilated Seat Connectors

It appears this is going to be tricky. I think I'll need to peel or cut the about 1/2" black foam (seat heater attached to it) away from the seat foam. The vent bag has adhesive on one side--the side with the vent holes. I can glue this to the underside of the black foam-once I have removed...

Upgrading seat swap from tradesman (Heated seats)

It was a battle; but yes I finally won. To clarify, my truck '22 BH 1500 is a true 5th Gen truck. I had to add over 30 wires to my truck to make the heated/vented seats and heated steering wheel work. Also had to get a new clock spring with the extra 2 pins for the heated wheel. Of course, I...

Rear Heated & Ventilated Seat Connectors

I swapped leather, heated '20 seats into my 2022 BH. I'm slowly (and even more slowly now-with UAW striking Stellantis Service Parts) acquiring parts to add vented to the junkyard seats I have. I've received some of the parts. I can't figure out how to add the vent bags and blowers. It doesn't...

    Seat air vents in Rebel

I'm looking for fasteners to secure blowers. Anyone have PN or specs? Are they screws or Christmas trees? I'm in the process of ordering the parts now. I show different PNs--maybe because of supersession since your post. Backs are common- 68552536AA Bladder around $31 X2 68552538AA Motor...

    Rear Fog Lamps

See my other response; but rear fog lamps are definitely not an option offered in the US. Probably will not be able to buy any of the new components (at least through legitimate channels) in the US. Probably have to find a dismantler in a country where the option is legal. Since the headlamp...

    Rear Fog Lamps

No apology required. Thanks for the link. I was just wondering if you had experience with buying from this dealership. It seems to me that some sites do show availability while others just give you access to the parts catalog. They refused to sell the Export parts. Understandable. I'm not...
