My 2022 Bighorn has none of the new fancy features and I like it this way. The wife's SUV has these and we turn them all off. I have been driving for 47 years and have been doing fine without them.

I had a first year Ford Ranger that was doing the same thing. They told me it was from someone weed wacking near my truck that was parked in the garage when not it use. I told them they were wrong and they had an issue with their paint. I got no further with it.

My truck will be traded in long before I need to change anything other than the oil.

Luckily the dealer may have found the issue. Maybe this is why the previous owner traded it in?

Keep an eye out for water around the rear window area.

You did screw up by not getting the fold down window, the other stuff is just the way they are. Do not expect perfection from any of these truck cap places.
