This is one of the diagrams I made and posted on another thread. It was Pin 25 on the Yellow Passenger Seat connector, that I highlighted in Red, indicating that the wire was present in my truck. But, as I posted, this is the one that is not continuous to the Power Distribution Center. BTW, I...
While the Fused B+ (I don't have my diagrams handy), I think the 2.0 MM RD for the seat motors was present in the Yellow connector under the passenger seat, I discovered from Jimmy07 that the wire was not continuous to the Power Distribution Center. Follow the harness from the Yellow Seat...
Fiat was really sneaky on this, at least on my truck 2022 BH with Level 1 EQ. While the Fused B+ (I don't have my diagrams handy), I think the 2.0 MM RD for the seat motors was present in the Yellow connector under the passenger seat, I discovered from Jimmy07 that the wire was not continuous...
You should be able to find the connectors without removing the seat. There are slits (maybe Ts) in the carpet for thses connectors--whether you have them or not.
I bought and installed the harnesses that mount to the seat and connect the heater pads and fans. Also bought and installed the console harness and heat/vent switches that mount in the rear of the console. But, I can't find the body harnesses that the seat harnesses would plug into. Another...
I see the connectorrepairkit link didn't populate. Just enter 30 in Number of Cavities field. It will show you repair kit, and individual pin description, info. Seems there's only one connector with 30.
I bought donor IP and Body (Cabin) harnesses and 'robbed' wires with pins from them. But this should give you repair kit, or individual pin descriptions for the yellow connector. The yellow connectors are XY420A (sure) and XY410A (as I remember)--anyway both yellow connectors use the same pin...
From what I've read, pretty good chance on the 2500, 4.5 Gen. On my truck, 2022 1500 BH with Level 1 Equipment Group, I had to add around 30 wires for heat/vent seats and heated steering wheel.
I received this in December from Gen5DIY

Do you need a jumper harness to these plugs? If so does our harness need both the male and female sides on it "
I responded that I didn't understand and clarified what I needed the harnesses to do. They didn't...
Sounds like you're making good progress. Yeah, it took me about a month of working on it almost every day! I read many posts about plug and play; but either because of MY change, Big Horn or Level 1 Equipment Group, or some combination, I was missing all those wires. After I finished, some...
I don't have remote start (yet); but the seats and wheel do automatically turn on when it's cold. I haven't associated the turning on with a temperature; but 40 sounds right. I didn't have to do any programming for that to happen.
Not a direct answer; but after I added all the numerous wires and changed the center stack to one that had heated/vented seat switches and heated steering wheel switch, these hard buttons worked without any programming. Heated seats and steering wheel work and vented seats work. There are no...
I did most of the work by reverse engineering the donor harnesses, comparing to what wires were present, or absent, in my truck. So I didn't have wiring diagrams or all the connector numbers. I made most of the wiring diagrams myself and used descriptions like "Black 32". I did get some input...
I should have documented the project better. Generally, I had to run a wire for the power pass. seat (Fiat was tricky-the wire was present in the seat plug; but no wire from the distribution point to the junction point), heaters, vent motors, steering wheel, lights under rear of seats, canbus...
