I have noted this problem, I believe is not a ram
Issue but an IOS or map software maker.
I also only use google maps now because Apple Maps will put the GPS turn and distance on my center dash full time like the factory nav. The difference is the factory nav will go away after bit and come...
What the recall says and what dealers are doing is not matching. Quite a few post from members stating that they have them come back after ordering parts that they determine via and inspection.
This is stupid, so I have to waste my time twice for them to fix their f up.
I guess I’ll wait till the pump granades the engine and they can figure it out then.
For the guys stating about buckling, please think about not everyone drives the truck on public roads all the time. Lots of people have farms and drive in trails slow and make frequent stops to check animals, fence and various things. This is when the seat belt minder becomes a nuisance.
This “new” filter seems to be out of stock everywhere. I bit the bullet and purchased the old model non N95 version, once I replaced it I noticed they had used and old filter from the factory. So Ram pretty much lied!
Funny you said that, mine has been weak I feel too it did update like a week prior to that.
Also had not rebooted in a while and it did also last week.
Also got no cell connection network a few times.
My 22 has rebooted itself a few times but not a back to back thing.
Is only done it maybe 5 times for a little over a year of use.
Good luck, weird that they didn’t swap the radio, maybe try a different dealer. This I would think qualifies for Lemon.
The tech offering part was after I called telling them to not touch the vehicle.
And yes, somehow the truck came back worse they even got the silicone or whatever it is on the glass now.
Well they first said that it was how it is, I insisted that it looks bad and they said they will talk to the tech again.
I called 5 minutes later telling the to stop touching the truck, I just don’t trust them anymore.
Will go to a glass shop myself and have them fix it, then bill FCA...
And this is my heart ache about it, they keep saying that it is contracted out and that they don’t do glass work!
I guess they also don’t check their work, and are fine putting their name behind it apparently.
