1. I use a Harbor Freight tube clamp. Tighten it up when I don't need heat, loosen it when I do.
2. Haven't used.
3. I love my PC. Typically keep it on Eco because I drive my truck 99% of the time, but when you put it in Sport it really cuts the lag out. Just don't adjust anything if the truck...
There are easier/better ways to lift a 2WD truck without using a 4WD lift kit. Since you were looking at RC lifts: 6 Inch Lift Kit | Ram 1500 2WD (2019-2024)
Edit** Looks like this kit is for 4WD trucks too, so may need some more searching.
Like @Jake1050 said, it's an option in the Uconnect settings that you can turn on/off. But it's a good idea (and following the law) to have your lights on when it's raining. Nissan has a system where it'll dim your interior lights depending on lighting situations, and I swear that's the reason I...
You have it set to turn on the headlights when your wipers are on, presumably because it's raining/snowing/precipitating. Safety setting, and you should keep it on so other vehicles can see you.
If I'm not mistaken the accent lights on the headlight housing dim when the headlights are on. So if your 3 amber lights are connected on that signal they will also dim (assuming it just receives a lower voltage).
So mine won't screw back in . I'll have to take the door panel off to get it back in. I may 3D print one that's shorter, but I guess that won't eliminate the pinching as it goes down.
That first sentence is the key. Pull past the spot far enough and then put whichever rear tire is on the side you're backing into where you want it to go. Then just make sure you don't hit anything on the other side or in front when you swing around. I swear my backup camera is ever so slightly...
Rebel has the 1" factory lift as well. This is mine with an overall 3" front, 2" rear with 295/70R18 tires. 1" of rake. It's 2" spacers in the front with RC UCA's and Timber Grove bags in the back (added some lift with lowest PSI in them). Yeah, yeah, spacers are cheap. They work for what I do...
So basically if you have your truck locked and try to open the tailgate with the keys in your pocket it should stay locked. My truck will allow me to open the tailgate without unlocking the whole truck because I have that sensor.
Yep! I kept looking at their picture wondering why it was so weird, and it's because it was all flipped around. You found it! I wonder if there's enough wire for me to relocate it a bit nearer to the tailgate/bed. I had my keys in my golf bag one time, rolled it into the bed of the truck where...
Found it. Think you have it too. Look directly between the tire and license plate *above* the bolts. I thought it was below. *Disregard zip ties that I'm too lazy to cut.
It's in their video on what appears to be a 5th gen, although the cut away before going back to the bumper.

Might be for the trucks that allow you to open the tailgate with the truck locked if the keys are in your pocket/next to the tailgate. I don't know where the module is, but I do know if you have the truck locked and shut the tailgate with the keys in the bed and far enough from the back it won't...
Depending on what you get they're more expensive. The E-Line are about $300 https://www.amazon.com/R1-Concepts-Drilled-Slotted-2019-2022/dp/B0BGT7H7KP/
I had slotted on my Titan, but I can't seem to find just the slotted anymore. Seen guys run drilled and slotted on half tons before. Some cracked them, but I find it hard to believe that would happen with "normal" daily driving.
I'm almost at 60k miles and haven't replaced either set of brakes. That silver coating will get rubbed off immediately by the brakes, so you'll get rust where the pads touch. Agree with the Powerstop or R1 Concepts. I'll be getting R1's whenever I need brakes/rotors. Ran those on my Titan for...
My neighbor's house is less than 15 feet from my truck and it's a giant brick wall. Exhaust cutout before the muffler so no muffler and no resonators. Definitely gets echoes, and I know they can hear it, but luckily their bedroom is on the other side of their house. It also drones on the highway...
I drove them in the snow that is in my profile pic and had no issues, but they were practically brand new. 4Hi at 40+ with several inches of snow on the road no problems. Ice is ice, but they handled like I would expect an AT tire. I've been really happy with them in the almost 8k miles I've had...
