^^^^They understand they can up-sell the next model year by letting you drive the latest and greatest while yours is being worked on. FCA/Stallantis could/should take note of this. My 2019 Ram Limited has been trouble free for 40,000+ miles. Its getting replaced soon with the TRX. Had it...
I placed a deposit on an LE last week at Golling Ram in Bloomfield Hills Mi. They are selling to me for MSRP. Catch was, truck was not built yet, and they didn't have a projection on when it would be. They emailed me this morning informing me that the truck was just assigned a shipping date...
^^^^Pretty good reason. I'll be jumping from my 2019 Limited Ram into a TRX as soon as my order arrives. Would not be the case if I thought poorly of my current truck.
Its a zip tie that goes around the wire loom coming off of that plug. The zip tie holds that loom close to the upper side of the frame. Spread that loom away from the frame, look up between the wire loom and the frame, and you will see where the zip tie crosses from the loom (along the bottom...
Yes, you're in the right area. On your second photo, follow the loom from the plug along the frame from front end of the truck towards the rear. It will be the first zip tie you see. It is held in place on top of the frame where the factory pressed it in using a quick connect. If you move...
It’s a zip tie that’s located underneath the truck that sits on top of the frame and creaks when it’s cold as it rubs on the bottom of the cab. I removed it from my truck, and the sounds never returned. There’s a thread on it here, with pics of the zip tie to look for.
i didn't think it was normal, and was going to have the WP replaced. Once the chirp went away, there was no need to do it. It lasted for a few weeks before it went away...I can hear it in your video. Definitely give it a listen with a stethoscope. You can actually use a long screw driver or...
No, because the chirp went away on its own before the oil change came due, and it’s never returned. Sitting at 40,000 miles now and never been an issue again. And, it was absolutely the water pump in my situation. Confirmed it myself, there was no mistaking where the noise was originating by...
My truck is 2 years old with 40,000 miles. My wife’s Jeep Grand Cherokee is at 70,000 miles. We bought them on the same day. They both have had the smell since day one. Coolant level never changes in either of them. The smell originates from the loose fitting filler cap next to the hood latch...
You definitely need a system update. I normally set mine between 13-17 windows up and jamming. 22-24 to rock out with sunroof and rear window open cruising down the highway at 80 MPH. If you need to crank it to 28, something is not right.
