Please Help me decide.....Readylift 3.5" or Mopar 2" lift?

So I installed my kit yesterday. Put the bilsteins on the 5th setting but it put my truck at about 4" of lift and 0.5" higher in the front than the rear. I haven't gotten it aligned yet because I didn't want to pay for that and then have to redo the front and pay for another alignment. Do you...

Two questions about 3.5" lifts...stock 20s and rear helper bags

I am going with 285/65 ridge grapplers, do you know how close that will be? Is it the UCAs I should be concerned about rubbing? Do you think I could get away with just a 1/4" spacer? I will probably go with the bora spacers later but I like to do a little at a time so i can see what it looks...

Cheapest place to buy tires...specials or coupons going on right now?

I am about to purchase some tires today and hopefully get them delivered and installed this weekend. Going with Ridge Grapplers 285/65/20. The cheapest i can find them right now is on simple tire for $1462 shipped (including 10% off with my military discount). Anybody know of better sites I...

Please Help me decide.....Readylift 3.5" or Mopar 2" lift?

Yeah I know thats what i thought, but @Nickv1214 said he called bilstein and they told him they didn't have any that would work with the 2" lift?

    Bilstein shocks on 3.5” readylift

Do you have any pictures or measurements to see how that 5th setting sets? I am about to do the same thing and trying to figure out if I want to go with the 4th setting or 5th setting.

Did you get it installed? Which setting did you put it on? Any pics? @Nickv1214 read through some of these posts

    3.5” Ready Lift Question????

I've asked this question on here before and on facebook. The 3 or 4 people that have done it and responded used the tophat spacer and set the bilsteins the level 5 (1.7")...thats all the answer you're going to get here. I wish there were more myself.

    3.5” Ready Lift Question????

No, you use the tophat spacer and discard the preload spacer

    3.5” Ready Lift Question????

Well with the readylift kit I think the tophat spacer is supposed to be 2" and the preload spacer is 2", so not sure how they equal to 3.5". The other people that have responded in the suspension subforum said the 1.7" put them back at level, I just worry about the 2" tophat spacer and then 1.7"...

    3.5” Ready Lift Question????

If you do the bilsteins with the tophat spacer you'll absolutely need to put it on setting 4 or 5 or you'll be sitting 2" higher in the rear.

    3.5” Ready Lift Question????

If you took out the preload spacer and did the bilsteins on the lowest setting it would be back to stock height (so just a 1.5-2" lift from the readylift tophat spacer instead of the 3.5" originally). I've asked this question before and the few people that have done it put it on the 1.7" setting...

When to change oil after break in period?

I've seen you can buy a mopar extended warranty for unlimited miles but for 7 years max i think. Is that what you saw?

When to change oil after break in period?

Lot of dealerships still offer a lifetime powertrain warranty through them. Not sure what happens if you move away from that dealer though

How are the new RC forged UCAs?

Yeah I guess that would be the deciding factor. I'm sure the RL UCAs are plenty strong, i just like the look of the forged ones from RC but not at the expense of a weaker ball joint. But again i'm sure the ball joint is plenty strong too. Prob doesn't make a difference in the long run.

How are the new RC forged UCAs?

How are the rough country forged UCAs to those who have them? They are obviously better than the previous RC UCAs but they seem like they would be much stronger than the Readylift UCAs as well. I just ordered my RL SST kit and thinking about selling those UCAs and buying the rough country ones.

Has anyone wrapped a limited grill?

Do you remember the code from 3m? Ive got a couple samples, the two closest i've found were the gp282 and gp292 think...the 282 has an off color of the flake to it but is spaced out more like the factory flake, and the 292 has a lot more flake in it than the factory paint but the same color i...

3.5 Rough Country Lift with 2" Suspension Specialist Rear.

So is it still possible to use the helper bags with the rear lift that comes with the kit or do you need the suspension specialist spacers? Also did you have to use any kind of wheel spacer for those factory 20s with that kit? My truck will end up looking very similar to yours except i dont the...

Two questions about 3.5" lifts...stock 20s and rear helper bags

Going to install my 3.5" readylift kit in a week or two. I feel like I remember reading a while back that the stock 20's (regular 5 spoke/non sport) won't fit with the 3.5" without a spacer. I also read from a member on here that you couldn't use the air lift helper bags with the rear lift from...

Anybody have 285/60/20 or 285/65/20 Ridge Grapplers with 3.5" lift?

Putting my readylift 3.5” kit on in the next couple weeks...trying to decide between ridge grappler 285/60/20s and 285/65/20s...my last 4th gen I just did bilstein 5100s and had 295/65/20 trails and 295/60/20 ridge grapplers because I liked the stuffed tire look but now with so much highway...
