Check the brake pad clips. There are many posts around this issue. I removed my pads and put high temp grease all over the clips and I've had no issues for many thousands of miles.
Sometimes you need to address fixes on your own to be sure they are done correctly. There are many posts on how to fix the 3rd brake light and the rear window leak. At this point, you need to fight with the dealership to fix any mold/mildew that could be in the carpet and fix the electronics...
My son has a Volvo and my wife drives an Audi. The Volvo windshield had a crack across it and cost insurance $2600. My wife's Audi has two chips in it and I got a quote for replacement and it came in at $2800.
Here's the breakdown:

It's very easy to do. You need to loosen the front 6 mounts, the 4 front cab mounts and the two up front. After you loosen them to give the cab room to move, remove the two cab bolts on one side and use a jack to lift the body off the frame on that side only somewhere around the b pillar area...
I think I know your fix. I had a clunk over speed bumps that had me thinking bushings, sway bar endlinks, shocks bottoming out, etc. The fix was very inexpensive and easy to do. Another member here found a new TRX owner that fought with their dealer over a clunk when driving on rough trails...
Wheels don't fit on tires so I'm not sure what you're asking here. Your factory tires will fit the TRX wheels just fine. They aren't a recommended size as the wheel itself is 9" now, so the 275 is "officially" not supported.
I have been driving with the factory 275s on TRX wheels for over 2...
Another clunk in the front end that has recently been found is related to the body mounts. A few of us get a clunk over uneven roads, going over speed bumps, etc. There's a couple posts now with new part numbers to replace the 4 front body mounts. This resolved my clunk observed since new.
This was before the rear block was added. Just looking at this pic is what made me decide to add the rear block. While perfectly level, front to rear, the rear appears low. After the block, it has the perfect stance.
I added the Bilstein 5100s to the front, replaced the UCA with Mopar UCAs (the cheapest option) and replaced the sway bar end links with SuspensionMaxx extended links for lifts/levels. The UCAs were for the extra travel allowed to ball joint and the sway bar end links were needed since the...
Still illegal in almost every state. Like the fact that the law also states that no more than 4 forward facing lights are permitted on the front of a vehicle. That's why fog lights go off when high beams are on. But, that doesn't seem to stop so many manufacturers from putting so many white...
I just replaced the front 4 cab body mounts for less than $100. Not sure of the rear mount cost, but it shouldn't be bad if 4 was under $100. The rear cab mounts appear larger, so they could be more, but I wouldn't expect much more.
Federal law requires a camera to back up. Federal law requires a gap between the hood and engine to soften the blow when hitting a pedestrian. Federal law requires so much stuff that people are forgetting how to drive and allowing the car to do everything for them since they don't pay...
If I remember, you need to get something to carefully start separating the two plastic pieces just below the push button on the slider. Once you get a finger in there, carefully pull or slide a trim tool around as much as you can to release the clips. No secret other than the clips are very tight
