    Tonneau Cover advice

Negative...lowering the support rails for the low profile cover. I have the cargo management rails but this is also directed at non ram box installation. I don't have the ram box bed. I mounted as suggested in directions and did a fitment. Then went back and lowered it again. Equally spaced...

Those of ya'll with LED tail lights

Terrible, can't see much at all. Have a license plate light coming in to correct the problem.

    5th gen wind noise

Thanks for the pics! I have sound material coming for mine as well and going to get the pipe insulation you used to do the same for the sub box. Think I'm also going to do the vent cover with polyfill (litter box fix in another thread) to add even more sound deadening and still allow vents...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

The dealer didn't do all the work they were supposed to. However, they owned up to it, apologized and have another appointment next week to get the front brakes done and a list of other things addressed. I did want to update you with a possitive though as it seems you only deal with negatives...

    Oil Change

Get-r-done Mines only 7 months old but obviously do a lot more driving. Keep an eye on the color of the oil periodically. In town driving only really shortens the life, especially as temps go to extremes both ways.

    Oil Change

I'm just at 8K and will be doing my second (3rd counting dealer 1st change) on or before 9K. No need to do it so often but for the minimal maintenance cost I shoot for 3K to make me feel better the first few times. Will stretch it out based on driving and conditions towards the 5K but never...

    Oil Change

For sure ask as I imagine dealers can be different. When I had my first one done where I bought it they were going to do entry level blend oil. Strongly requested they put the full synthetic and at least the printout said they did when I got it back. Have since resorted to doing my own so I...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

2 days of colder weather and combined with both rain and snow. 2 days in a row backing out of my drive no longer produces that gawd awlful sound anymore. Fingers crossed!

What version of uConnect are you running on 12"?

This sheds a little light in things. Have been going to your site to check off an in about seeing if I have the most current database. Went in again just now and I get the continual loop taking me back to the FCA branded page with no way to check.

What version of uConnect are you running on 12"?

I'm having the same issue with "offline" symbol and can't even find addresses 2 miles away at times. Then out of the blue it will find addresses when typing them in. 8/18 build and I did see an OTA update several months ago. Didn't know how to get into dealer mode to get this info before the...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

They left the paperwork on the countertop while they went to get my truck for me. I looked through the paperwork they keep and the cost of the parts were $592 for just the back brakes. I bet you nailed it and they've found a cheaper "fix". The dealership service asst manager called me back...

    Power Side Step Safety Retract?

Mine came with the factory power running boards and will stop if it senses something deploying. I've been too close a couple times when opening a door and it doesn't take much resistance to have them reverse direction. I imagine they wouldn't retract if much weight was on them either, but...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

The dealer where I bought it from was giving me the run around about this issue since 11/2018. I had them take the decals off my truck and they didn't heat them up before removing and pulled paint (small rock chip look) off where the two RAM logo's are on the sides of the truck. They stated...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

Picked up the truck and got home to read the service notes. No front brake work done! Went in first thing this morning and didn't have the backing growl noise when backing so that was good. However, my rear camera went blue. First in line and spoke with the asst service manager that ordered my...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

Truck is in for front and rear brake issues.. woohoo! When I dropped it off the service guy said they would check it out and probably 2-3 weeks for parts. Haha, at least they now know what is needed. Explained that I already had been in a few weeks ago and got the call the parts were there...

    Swapped out exterior cab lights

Order today, shipped today, installed today...love Amazon Prime! Thanks for the link and holy cow can even tell a difference in the daylight! Replaced cargo lights and 3rd brake light too...order 3 sets and will do the back up lights tomorrow. Was worried the flash on press on the 3rd brake...

    Fingers Crossed...Brake Squeal Resolved

Called dealership and parts are in for the front and rear brakes. Scheduled service for next week. When I went to the airport this week, backed into a parking space after traveling for 45 minutes. Mating call insued and had several on Lookers. Imbarrasing!

    Tonneau Cover advice

Not much help there as I didn't even look at anything besides low-profile. With needing the ladder rack's I wanted a combo that was quick getting the configuration I needed without taking rails off/on. I'm not positive but there was a difference in product numbers for the '19 with Lomax I...

    Tonneau Cover advice

Especially since you are wanting to put that nice bed liner in...not good. I would say adjust the main rails down but that wouldn't help in the back tailgate area for that liner. Would destroy it eventually. Sorry it's not working out for you. Have they done anything for that damaged rail you...
