I agree with the previous posters, all appear to be factory-installed wires/parts. When you follow the wires to the end (away from the truck to the tires/wheels what do you find/see? If they were some sort of LED package, most likely not end in the wheel assemblies. BlueHemi1500

I did not know there was an OEM roll-up bed cover, I just learned something. I thought that OEM was either a hardcover or a Trifold design. You could try the online Mopar site and type in your VIN, it might be of some help but I am not sure if the bed cover part diagrams will provide the answer...
