    Hemi tick

That's the injectors cycling, nothing to be alarmed about. The two main causes of the more serious versions of the "hemi tick" are caused by failed lifters or cracked headers (which goes away when the engine warms up)...both of which are much louder and will be very noticeable over the regular...

    2022 Rebel Low Differential Fluid

Op said the noise came back, not that it was low again. If they filled it and the noise came back the diff is likely damaged at this point.

    2022 Rebel Low Differential Fluid

Does your truck have the LSD? Might not have the friction modifier in it if that's the case. Also, my diff fluid was about half a quart low too.

    Uneven Tire Wear

Same, my brother's truck is almost at 30k with his '20 ORG and my '21 BTS is at 15...no uneven wear issues between us.

Any Drawbacks to 33 Gallon Tank?

You can pry my 33 gallon tank from my cold, dead hands. The extra range and less frequent fill-ups are more than worth any possible downsides.

    Gas fill issues

This is a fairly common issue (one that pops up for me time to time), apparently RAM has a redesigned fuel tank specifically for this problem.

My Longhorn is Built but ...

If you are just looking for lockable storage for road trips a hard tonneau cover like a retrax would do quite well.

    Best warranty options?

The more you wait, the more expensive it gets. There are price bumps at certain mileage intervals (though I can't remember them off the top of my head).

Anyone have their windshield replaced yet? Decision!

At least my last 4 cars have had acoustic glass windshields, I haven't noticed such a thing. Hell, only one of them cracked at all (after a rock the size of a marble slammed into it). No issues with my current truck so far.

    Problems filling gas tank

In my experience that's usually a faulty pump.

Oil Catch Can on PCV Return to Throttle Body - are they worth it?

That and without a catch can it's just getting burnt off in the combustion chamber, so same effect.

Anyone ACTUALLY running 5w-30 or even 10w-30? Thoughts? Experience? Any REAL TRUTH to throwing a code running higher weight oil (no conjecture please)

We've had a Hyundai that required an oil sample (plus all receipts for maintenance) before they would honor the warranty. My dad's Super Duty just had the same happen 2 months ago. There are plenty of reports online of FCA doing the same for any number of failures, including failed lifters on...

Run whatever you want, however the manufacturer doesn't spec 0/5w-20 just for ****s and giggles. If you have a lifter issue, which is still fairly common, expect to be on the hook for the replacement engine when they test the oil.

Oil Catch Can on PCV Return to Throttle Body - are they worth it?

Mine will ping with 87 without fail. 89 is fine unless I'm pulling a trailer. I've actually used UNL88 (E15) without any issues and have the same experience as using 89, it's usually way cheaper than 89 (and sometimes 87) so nowadays I opt for that if available.

Oil Catch Can on PCV Return to Throttle Body - are they worth it?

In theory oil vapors can reduce the effective octane of the fuel/air mixture in the cylinder, which can lead to spark knock. A catch can MIGHT help with that, but how much would it help in that regard? I don't think anyone has quantified that on these engines (at least none that (I've seen). I...

    Best warranty options?

MaxCare doesn't cover the high voltage battery, but it is covered under the 8 year/80k miles emissions warranty:

    FCA factory extended warranty verification

"Platinum" gives me the feeling you bought a 3rd party warranty through the dealer rather than a MOPAR warranty. MOPAR extended warranty is tied to your vin, so any service department can look it up.

    Turbo 6 Cylinder… true?

There are a few euro brands that use electric compressors (Audi and Volvo come to mind). They are really well suited to the 48V mild hybrid systems.....like the etorque system. I'd imagine any implementation by Stellantis will be an evolution of the etorque battery/generator combo.

Not far off lmao. eBooster is a regisered trademark with BorgWarner:
