    BTS firefighter addition

Same goes for the coast guard trucks.

    Best warranty options?

Denied by who? Zeigler isn't denying anyone lol. It's a MOPAR warranty so it would be Stellantis denying the warranty claim. Whatever floats your boat, I haven't had anything but good experiences in the past with the MOPAR backed warranty.

    Best warranty options?

I'm really confused. Are you saying you paid more for less coverage on purpose?

    Best warranty options?

Gaps that I know of: -Glass (can be an issue if you happen to have a rear window that leaks) -Etorque Battery and Generator (Covered under the 8 year 80k Emissions warranty though)

    2022 Rebel Low Differential Fluid

I've had good experience with RAMcares, they will cover rental costs (up to a point) in the event the dealer doesn't have loaners.

    Air Filter

I use Wix filters for everything. $33 is cheap for something replaced every 20k-30k miles.

What engine oil are you using?

PUP 5w-20 or Rotella Gas Truck 5w-20, whichever is cheaper at the time.

Dennis Dillon said my truck's MSRP just went up by $3000 and it bumps up my order price

WOW, what a shady dealer. I have NEVER seen a non-refundable deposit for a custom order vehicle.

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

Have you been able to get a dealer to diagnose your truck yet?

    BTS firefighter addition

Nice, I had a Scat Pack in Redline Red a while back. I like it better than the Delmonico that's for sure.

    BTS firefighter addition

They used flame red for the Marines version of the BTS. Looks like they will be using Delmonico Red for the firefighter version based on that picture.

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

Glad we could help, sorry this happened in the first place. Unfortunately lots of dealers are guilty of this practice. Hope your fuel pressure issue is resolved quickly as well.

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

Yes, remove all that ****. Put the black connector back into the kick panel. I assume the circled bundle of wires leads to the connector in the kick panel? Also, no wonder dealer couldn't read anything. The connector in your kick panel doesn't even seem to be wired the same as the OEM...

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

It's a pass-through connector. Likely so it can draw power for that tracking device.

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

If it is what I think it is you can remove it and put the factory connector where it belongs. It won't harm your truck. If anything leaving it is just gonna cause you problems. At best it is a constant drain on your battery, at worst these have been known to be the cause of some ridiculous...

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

It's possible their wi-tech scan tool software needs a good handshake with the security gateway to function. This aftermarket module a dealer added may be interfering with said handshake.

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

That is not a factory item. An FCC number means it is a transmitter of some type....likely one of the ******** tracking devices I was talking about. Guess I wasn't so off-base after all!

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

I'm one of the people that can't even get the vehicle health reports because they can't get it to work on most of the Uconnect4 12 inch screens 🤣

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

To deny a warranty they have to prove the connection between the change and the failure. Requiring a service such as updating a tire size in the BCM to be performed by a dealer is a prohibited tie-in sales provision.

    AlfaOBD voiding warranty?

Even IF (a big if) that were the case then they would be able to identify exactly what that change was and therefore your warranty would be safe. The only things not covered would apply to the components you made changes to (and obviously self-installed hardware). It would be illegal for them to...
