    Air conditioning Hack

OMG. Someone please do this and share the how-to.

    A/C is ice cold

    Yikes.

    AC fixed ?

Also go to the dealer and complain. The only way Ram fixes the issue is if they get enough complaints.

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

Almost within the green targeted range of the thermometer. Almost. Is your truck's AC hacked or stock?

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

Respectfully, the vent temps you posted were low 50s. That's about ten degrees higher than most other vehicles on the road. Higher than usual vent temps are adequate for you but not for me. I've yet to see someone post their "adequate" non-hacked vent temp in the low 40s when it's approaching...

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

I haven't seen any vent temp pictures from those saying their AC is fine. I've seen lots of vent temp pics from those saying their AC is not fine. It would help if the former would post pics.

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

Yes, but what we do know is that most other auto makers have vent temps at least ten degrees colder than Ram's. And I don't sweat like a ***** in church in those other vehicles like I do in a 5th gen Ram. RamCares has acknowledged the issue and stated that a fix is in the works. We shall see.

What do you think about the new F150?

    Which makes this hilarious.

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

Look a little closer. Increments of 4. One just below 40 degrees and the other right around 50.

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

Hopping on here and saying your AC is cold or adequate without posting vent temps is an exercise in futility. It's subjective and means nothing to the next person. Attached is my vent temp. Current vehicle on the left vs. Ram on the right. As you can see, at least a ten degree difference...

Does 2020 Ram 1500 still has AC not cool enough problem?

It's generally accepted that their "spec" is about 10 degrees warmer than other truck makers. Not adequate for me.

    AC fixed ?

Wonder if this has anything to do with the open investigation per RamCares. https://static.nhtsa.gov/odi/tsbs/2020/MC-10175614-9999.pdf

    A/C Performance

This is the one issue that has stopped me from making my new truck purchase. I live in triple digit, high humidity summers. Test drove a 2020 when it was only in the 90s outside and the AC did not cut it. If they get this issue fixed, I go to the dealer the next day and make my purchase.

    A/C is ice cold

F-150 and Silverado AC are far superior to Ram's current generation. Fact. Ram still a better truck, just wish they would get the AC sorted out.

Longhorn Instead of Limited because of Interior Trim

Need to add an poll option that simply states "No."

    Does your Ram bite you?

Subtle reminder to do something about the arm flab.

What do you think about the new F150?

It was a safe update. It looks good and isn't ugly. They won't lose any brand loyalists and will retain the top selling title for the foreseeable future. However, they won't likely win objective customers looking to buy based on interior fit and finish. Ram still stands a cut above the rest in...

What do you think about the new F150?

A swing and a miss if they were trying to out-do Ram's interior.

    Multifunction Tailgate Retrofit

If you believe you are able to spot all necessary support/bracing/design structures by simply "crawling around under the backend," then I say give it a go. Personally, I'd rely on more than an "eyeball test" when performing a mod of that nature.
