I'm KZ-T. Should be arriving at the dealership next week. I'm a 5/9 order. I was so pissed that I kept calling Ram and my dealer once week 7 happened and the truck wasnt moving.
So FCA will put the 6.4L in the Durango, and the Superchatged 6.2L in the JGC but leave Ram 1500's with just a 5.7L and 3.6L V6 option. So the soccer moms get a rocket and here we are with the same ol same ol. Weird huh.
So basically Ram had to use hybrid and MDS tech, Chevy had to use their skipfire MDS tech and Ford doesnt use either and they all get 19mpg. And the 5.0 and 5.7 have the same HP with the 5.7 having a 10tq advantage while the 5.3L is just as weak as it always has been.
Just trying to stick to facts man. KZ is released by the plant. Trucks have shipped. Its "black and white". No hearsay, rumor or side talk. All these dealers and reps and blah blah blah all say conflicting information so it's safe to go with what's actually happened.
@sgk your truck will be snatched from your driveway, put on a truck, shipped back to SHAP and put in JS because there are 2000 rambox trucks that need rework.
Well, how about this. My truck with Rambox is KZ and not at the plant or in the town, it's at a rail yard. Let's make a bet. I'm in Maryland, if I get my truck in the next two weeks, you send me a congrats letter with $10 in it and post on this forum that not all Ramboxes are on hold and that...
