Realized I left out what I ordered to tap the fuse for power, but it’s just a micro2 fuse tap. You can get one at most auto parts stores, or get one on Amazon. I ordered the little set linked below just to have some extras. You want to tap into position F66 (10A fuse) for switched accessory...

To my knowledge, no one has been able to pull that off. The OEM camera module has a digital output, as opposed to analog, and that’s a whole other can of worms. There is an OEM digital interface that goes along with the 360 surround view system, but again, that’s a whole other thing.
The camera I linked works great. It can be mounted either way, so it has options (via wire loop cuts) to flip or mirror the image, based on your mounting orientation. You can make the image correct regardless of how it’s mounted.
Hey. Yes, it’s a 2020 Rebel. 12” screen. I used the camera linked below. I have also linked other parts/components I used/needed.

Hey man. This is a good starting point/thread to read through. It’s what got me wanting to take it on.

You have to enable the option in your head unit. I used a Tazer DT to do so, and I believe you can with some other methods as well. I just already had that. You can’t just add the OEM front camera due to a bunch of technical issues. I linked the camera I used below. I did make the install look...
Just installed a front camera today. I did do the method of integrating it into the factory head unit. It’s really not that bad of a process. Just gotta make sure you’ve got everything you need, and clear instructions on what to do. There are several good threads on here with helpful info.
Got this done today/tonight. Many thanks to everyone who has commented and added to this thread.
Side note, for those keeping track, it was 21/22 for me as well. 2020 Rebel.
And...happened again today. Definitely not due to it not being closed completely. I check it and re-check it now. Guess I’ll be seeing if I can get it fixed.
Welp...add me to the list. Twice today I had someone flag me down to tell me that my RamBox was open on the driver’s side. Not cool. I haven’t had time to look at the mechanism yet, but based off of these comments, it seems like an electrical, accidental release of the latch. Not sure what the...
In iOS 14, there is now a new option to enable text message notification sounds. It didn’t exist before, and it drove me crazy. It’s here...
Settings > Notifications > Messages
The newly added option is, “Show In CarPlay”. You want that turned on.
Just got home from a 4333 mile roadtrip. Tons of elevation change from Nashville to Yellowstone and back. Here’s how I did. Pretty happy with that. 2020 Bighorn, 5.7L eTorque, 4x4, 3.92 gears. 3 passengers with a bed full of luggage. Hard folding tonneau cover. Ran 87 octane the whole trip...
