I wonder if the issue maybe that some aftermarkets are noted not to work with oem projector headlights. In that case you might need to go original which i know can cost more or check facebook, offer up, etc for use set

If its a 4th gen, this is what I had on my 2017 for 4 years without issues before trading it for current 5th gen - at the time I was not into doing my own stuff and did have to pay for somebody...
bad timing with the strike, parts shortages are worst now. You may want to try ebay and other places - some mopar direct stores have listing there for new pumps - just double check your part number.
I would believe you don't need special tools - not that is a good comparison but I have done...

275/60/20 shouldn't be a problem.
Can't say for sure on 275/65/20 but i feel like i have seen somebody runing this size with no issues.
And is yours a 2020?
I know some 2020's didn't have the correct from springs install from factory. You might want to double check that
