Just looked at my replacement window and if you look at the top of the slider from the inside, you can see the window manufacture date printed in yellow ink. My replacement window has a date of January 2019, so we’ll see if it holds out.
Update: picked the truck up after the dealer replaced the rear window,, it looks just like the original window, I cannot tell any design change. Dealer did a great job and never questioned the warranty work. Time will tell if they fixed the problem.
I beg to differ with you I tested the area ( channel) below the brake light and above the window. When I taped off the channel and put the hose on the brake light and shark antenna area they was no leak. When I took the tape off a let water run in the window channel, water leaked in from the...
File a complaint to NHTA like most of us have, we all have this issue and no one has a fix.. Ram Cares just logs your concern and reaches out to your dealer, no resolution.
