Nothing really, just really wanted a Defender before I even ordered that Ram. Decided to because it was such a hassle back in the fall and was getting about $11k off the order itself. Now that supply is available (still sparse), and the market is just about to slow down again; decided to sell it...
Including my trade, only about +$2k profit. Not including it, about +$12k profit. Bought the ram for $54k OTD and sold it for $66k today. So for a lot of people, may not be worth it.
Sold it… got rid of my ‘21 Ram 1500 Limited EcoDiesel Off-Road Group about 2 hours ago. Sold it for a profit to get what I originally was trying to get (thanks to the market); a: 2022 Land Rover Defender 90 S. Absolutely love it and decided to lease it from a LR dealer in Buffalo, NY. It’s so...
I could be wrong, I’m just going off what the NADA Guide says. But it makes sense because the Longhorn did the same thing. I just sold my ‘21 today. Got a Defender now.
Yeah people can slander JLR all they want, but in the end any car can be unreliable for you. One person may have a lemon of a tundra and 0 problems on a Maserati. I've tried plenty brands. I really love this Defender.
I’m really not worried about it. You can say that about any car. I love this thing so much, whether it breaks or not. Also, don’t really have neighbors. Not mention, there are so many Range Rovers around here anyways. 😂
Yeah I gotta change it now!! Ughh. And I got my Ram in late February 2021. So yeah like 4 months. Maybe in a month I’ll trade my Defender and get a G Class. 😂 nah I love this thing so much. Still got my mom’s HD 2500 so I’ll be on here a lot. Love these forums.
