There’s no evidence that supports that. 😂 LED’s are better in pretty much every way. They last longer, are way brighter, can be adaptive, use less power. They’re even brighter in Daylight conditions during inclement weather. A Halogen’s cut off suck and it’s just not suitable.

LED’s should be standard on all vehicles for 2022 imo. Whether or not they’re Reflectors or Projectors or Matrix Laser Lights from Audi is not important until we just get rid of those terrible halogens.
Bighorn is optional too for the LED Refelctors and Rebel has them standard. Also technically the Reflectors have two categories, one with auto High Beams and one with out. So there’s really 4 styles of headlights.
This is why I don’t even bother with those types of mods, it’s just not worth it. Feel bad for the OP but people need to understand this when buying or leasing.

Every brand does that. You’d be hard pressed to find a manufacturer that switches over every single model to the next model year all on the same day. In fact there isn’t one. Even the 2022 HD’s aren’t going to be produced until some time after the 2022 1500’s start production.
