I figured I am specifically referring to consumer-grade products and one that got rained on before it was cured. It is my guess the rain may also have weakened the bond of any product that may be left.
Not necessarily. I think all the ceramic coatings and now the graphene are way overhyped for longevity etc. Having said that I use them, love them, and think they really serve a purpose, of course, I am 50 and from the days of wax on wax off. My personal choice is Cquartz 3.0, and that is...
P&S Brake Buster or Optimum Power Clean will both take off some consumer-grade ceramic coatings pretty quickly with little to no work. Use one of them with a clay pad and rinse. People would be surprised, especially if it was not fully cured correctly.
Best one I have seen in years! You actually had me for a minute, I did not realize it was 4-1, I was thinking well it's a free country and there is something for everyone.
The dealer can lock in at the time of order, it is extra paperwork some won't do. You can also take incentives at time of delivery, one or the other not both. I'm not a dealer but I have been reading these threads for quite a while.
I have an eco diesel coming and it's getting Terra Grappler G2's 275/65R20 116S they are only 47.4# per tire and 34", the dealer is installing them with a level kit.
Installed a number pad on the front door. Takes a 9V battery that lasts several years at a go. Starts blinking to let you know when the battery is getting low. Between that and the garage door opener, I have no idea if we even have keys for the door locks anymore.
No, it is not acceptable, just a common problem. The longer version is the leaks are hard to find, some dealers are much more sympathetic and helpful than others. Your truck is steel, steel rusts, water mildews and stinks, really needs to be fixed. Sorry for your trouble, I have a new one on...

Plenty of threads on this issue, some from the window, some from the light, some from the sat antenna, and some from bad body sealer on the roof.
Good luck
You still have plenty of warranty left to get it fixed and see if this is a recurring problem with your engine. I have seen plenty of lifter issues with Hemi's over the last 10 years, but usually not until at least the 150K mile mark.
No one has a crystal ball and they are never going to...
This is the 3rd truck I have heard of with this issue, the first brand new. Kudos to the dealer for catching it in PDI. I would still pick it up. Get them to cut you a great deal on a warranty maybe.
For everyone changing their own oil. Just a reminder to keep the receipts., Write on the receipt the date and mileage you did the oil change. Hold on to the receipt and if you are technically minded scan a copy and upload it to your favorite cloud storage provider. Then you have it in two...
I was running all over the internet trying to find the best deals on Penzoil and Amazon suggested their Amazon Basics 5w-40 Euro blend. Would you dare run it?? Not that I can find the data sheets, so it may or may not meet specs.
Penzoil with the "recommended" MS-12991 spec is going to cost...
