M Must be because it's a 2wd. I'm guessing that you can't option a 2wd with off road package, so a 2wd Built-to-Serve package must loose all the off road package options. Just a guess. My 4x4 Built-to-Serve has elocker and the other off road package options and it's listed on the sticker.

I purchased a new 2020 1500 Big Horn Built-to-Serve edition on 2/22/20. 52k sticker, 16,500 off or 31% off. Of the 16.5k, 1k came from truck conquest because I was coming from GM and then $500 for business owner. The rest was dealer discount and incentives from RAM. Midwest region.

I purchased a built to serve 2/22. I put a deposit the first day it landed on the lot. The dealer didn't even know what it was, and it discounted even more than their other big horns. Ended up getting 31% off!!! Happy camper here.
