Took me awhile to get around to doing it but this worked. Thank you.

Suction cup worked for me. Heated mirror glass and plastic cover for a few mins. Takes an uncomfortable amount of pulling (in terms of yanking on glass) to get the mirror to pop out. Did both without breaking. Thanks all.

The heatsink for the led bulb occupies a ton of space. It would go back on if i had a better angle. Ill try the the wheel well suggestion possibly.
