Did the new links have a longer stud
Did the new links appear to have a longer stud on top or did he literally send you a new kit just to include the thread locker?
I personally have not. Probably not a bad idea but little research and development goes a long way. Certainly they had to mount them to a truck before releasing 🤷.
I concur with all. I had to put loctite on the upper stud because the nut kept backing off despite several torquing attempts. Not even sure if a nylon locking nut would work due to insufficient stud length. Other than this issue I have had no other complaints.
Thx, I suspect the front will settle a little bit (prob close to 25). I read on here that someone else was around 24.5 on clip five with same setup and I wanted to be closer to 25 which is why I went clip 6.
Yeah that's a tight squeeze 😬, clip 6 might put you close to hitting.
You are going to get a lot of different opinions on here because everyone's wants are a little different.
With that said, I have been happy with my LEER HF-350.
Good luck.....many to choose from.
Yes I have a 2" lift in the rear. I also replaced the rear fox shocks with 5100s. I like the ride much better than my Mopar lift so far, bilsteins eat up bumps much better.
Measurements from center hub:
PF 25 3/4
PR 25 3/4
DF 25 1/4
DR 25 1/2
Should settle in right around 3.5" since you don't get a true 2" out of the readylift tophat.
I replaced my Mopar lift with this setup. Im replacing the rears with 5100s tomorrow.
The Fox setup was starting to ride pretty rough because the shocks probably needed serviced, I had about 35k miles...
The only thing I can think of is that the v6 spring rate is different than the hemi spring rate and the shock damping is set for the hemi spring rate. Only a guess.
