I have been nothing but happy with my Tazer. With that said I have heard the 22's aren't 100% compatible with the Tazer yet but I am only going off of what I have read not first hand experience.
Gotcha...mine doesn't honk at all but I don't remember using my Tazer to disable this feature. Must be a software update on newer vehicles.
BTW I love my Tazer DT. I use it for fogs remain on with high beams, auto fold mirrors and speedo calibration for larger tires.
I have heard that a lot...
Def order through AAFES (military only for those that don't know), it's half the price of what they are asking on Hellwig website these days. $411 on Hellwig website 😳, it's a great mod but not worth that kind of money IMO.
Side note..... if you have family or a friend in the military buy them...
Yeah wouldn't hurt to contact them to see what length you need . I emailed them a few times and they got back to me very quick. Great customer service.
I feel like I'm hijacking the Bwoody thread....oops.
I Got the Core's all mounted up and it's a much cleaner look IMO. . They ride exactly like the Hellwig adjustables did.
As far as install I didn't have to drill anything 👍. Core 4x4 sent a smaller insert to accommodate the upper bushing in...
Core 4X4 end links came in yesterday. They are really well built. I will be installing later today hopefully and will report if I had to do any drilling.
Not sure of your location but I'm in the salt belt (PA) so that may have something to do with it 🤷. Mine are rusted pretty bad and the paint is peeling off as well.
That's what I currently have on but the bushings get squeaky after awhile with no way to grease aside from removing and tearing apart. I've done this twice already (PITA) so Im moving on to something with grease fittings. I agree the hellwig end links are nice and beefy and get the job done...
That is the anti moan brake kit. These trucks tend to make a pretty annoying brake moan when going in reverse and the rotors are damp. That kit is supposed to prevent this moan.
