Polished Protection. I just picked up my truck from there yesterday afternoon. Cloudy yesterday so I couldn't get great shots, but it does look really good and you can't even tell where the Clear Bra's installed. Really good job, albeit super expensive.
Looks awesome! I considered the Blitz and the Siege, but ultimately I opted for the Beast just for ease of cleaning and I liked how the bronze look matched the granite color of the truck.
Ha, I don't bother telling my wife anything. She doesn't even realize I got new wheels for the truck. Although I did tell her about the PPF and ceramic coating because she had to pick me up from the place... now a new package just shows up and she says she'll match my packages for packages for...
Gotcha. Yeah, on the site it says that model isn't compatible with 2021 models w/ park assist. Gonna try calling and asking directly to see if it's a big issue if I'm only affecting the spedometer and not anything else.
Yeah not sure if that would rub or have much issue at all, but I'm sure there may be other considerations I'm not aware of. You could try talking to a shop that handles wheels and suspension modifications like Custom Offsets.
I've heard people being able to run 33s without spacers, so I would imagine the spacers will give you more clearance. Although that could depend on what the offset is on the rims.
I just use an old iPhone with downloaded Spotify tracks. Crappy part is you have to use Bluetooth to avoid Carplay which means using the phone to navigate your library.
Not sure I understand the question or what you're looking for or trying to achieve. With spacers, I believe it pushes the wheels out more (negative offset), so are you looking to do a wider stance to get wider tires?
I was able to get my Lomax to work by switching to the RO brackets and modifying the Lomax rails but cutting back to allow for clearance for the RO brackets. Also had to add a little bit of weather stripping to seal it up proper.
Good question. Based on looking at some reviews and vids on either headlights, I believe if you already have the factory LEDs, it's plug-and-play, otherwise you may need a harness with a fuse to run DRLs if switching from the halogen set. But don't quote me on that! I was gonna give Headlight...
The Recons look more like the stock/OEM LEDs. The Morimotos definitely look different. But good to know the quality and performance of the units are the same. Thanks!
