I have deleted both of our phones and profiles. I set all of the levels down to 8, saved on profile 1 before shutting it off. Next day on restart I checked audio levels, they were briefly at 8- then all but the top one bumped up to 15. Dealer has been great, wants to flash system next week.

I have a 2023 A54 Samsung phone, the dealer has been helpful. The latest in the saga is the Easy Exit seat option is on, but does not retract. They want to flash the system next week. I took a gamble on the old thread.

2025 Laramie, same issue. Dealer looking at it next week.

New 2025 Laramie, saved profile 1 to key fob, reset/deleted profiles still won't remember the audio volumes. Performed a master reset, set and saved all the settings, logged in my profile from the cloud. Still will not save the volumes. 2014 did the same, 11 years later still not corrected?

What axle ratio? I have '25 Laramie with 3.92 and second tank of gas. Will start checking the mileage by hand and see. Hope it's better when more miles rack up.

Thanks for adding me to the forums! Have a 2014 1500 and love it. This is looking to be a great vehicle. Looking forward for the ideas on this forum.
