Wait, did I miss something in this thread? What harm to the OP did the dealership cause? Are we speaking of COVID? Did their or their employees actions increase the risk to the OP of contracting COVID, or are you speaking of putting the OP at risk for shoddy workmanship? Just seriously asking...
No man, just saying, would you take food off someone's table for this kind of lapse in judgement. Not saying that Dealership should tolerate this, just saying the punishment should fit the crime.
Let me change the direction of this thread for just a second. You said you had a problem with a parasitic drain on your battery and the dealer diagnosed and replaced the etorque. I have read a lot of comments on this forum about dash cams causing battery drains if not installed properly. I...
1. Did you confront the dealership and if so what was their response? 2. Was it possible that they were also testing the repair as part of the trip? 3. Was the truck repaired properly? 4. Just how many miles did they put on your vehicle?
What “patches” has Ram being used? I wasn’t aware of any “ patches” that have been use for the cracked window problem or the third brake light leaking problem. Can you be more specific?
From the video it sounds like and looks like something is hitting the cover behind the brake disk. You should have it checked as soon as you can so as not to cause real damage. Good luck with it and post how you make out.

Can you please cite your reference that clearly states that if you can see the frame cracks that if you remove the third brake light you can see the cracks. I am skeptical about this. If true, then you should be able to remove the third brake light and see the frame any time. Does that make...
i have been following your posts on your frustrations with the Ram A/C. I just have to ask, if you were so disappointed with the A/C in your 2019, why would you ever buy a 2020 model?
There is plenty of discussion on the authenticity of the leather, as well. But, nothing wrong with getting more views on the matter. As far as replacement, pretty sure the quality of the replacement would be the same, so if you want to go another direction, then perhaps an after market supplier.
There are several threads on the forum regarding leather wear. Check them out. Take your truck to the dealership and file a claim. More than likely, the dealership or FCA or both will deny your claim and chalk it up to something you did or "normal wear and tear". Follow the threads, you will see...
