    Rear Cabin Rattle/Tick over bumps

Yes, thanks for pointing that out! My truck is an Oct. 18 built. The clicking noise just started a few days ago, not sure if the relative temperature drop affected anything. I'll give the flock tape fix mentioned in the "Panoramic Sunroof Headliner Noise" tread a try this afternoon and see if it...

    Rear Cabin Rattle/Tick over bumps

I checked the RF Hub under the rear seat and it was definitely loose. I taped it down. However, after driving to work this morning, I realized it's coming from the headliner. I can push up on the headliner and replicate the ticking sound I hear. I have the panoramic sunroof. Now to figure out...

    Rear Cabin Rattle/Tick over bumps

Do you have any updates on this? Now that my truck as close to 10K miles, these small rattles you describe is exactly what I hear. I have not been able to isolate the plastic ticking sound I hear intermittently. Seems more predominant on cooler days.

Rough Downshifting Coming to a Stop

I'd like to piggy back on your theory. I have noticed that I cannot recreate the "bump" when letting off the brake pedal on an incline. I know these trucks come with hill start assist so the truck won't roll backwards. I wonder if the bump is just the torque converter or clutch quickly engaging...

    Loud Noise on Startup

Well I would like to report that I was able to clearly reproduce the startup sound by pushing hard on the brake pedal (three start ups - 2 hard brake pedal pressure with bang sound, 1 light brake pedal pressure no bang). Glad someone figured it out. Now I'm gonna let the "Ram specialist" and...

Power Steps on a 19 Rebel?

I wanted the Mopar power steps over the amp research because of the integration into the infotainment system. But it was turning out to be such a hassle with the 3 local dealerships I contacted (not in stock, wanted a deposit to order, wouldn't give me a written quote, no firm delivery date)...

    AMP Research on Rebel

I finally got them installed! They look and function just like the OEM ones

What did you do to your Ram today???

After months of trying to get the OEM powered running boards installed by the local dealer, I gave up on them and went with the aftermarket AMP power steps. I must say build quality and function of these steps is very OEM-like to me.

    AMP Research on Rebel

I asked my local dealership the same question about matching the AMP deal, with no luck. I ordered the AMP steps. Now I'm just waiting to get them installed.

Power Steps on a 19 Rebel?

Hope you don't mind me asking, what was your out the door price for the steps, install, and flash? I got word from my local dealer that I could order the steps... I'm looking at $1,350+tax for parts, and another $535 for install/flash.

    AMP Research on Rebel

I curious to know what you here back from other dealers. My local dealer can't order the OEM power steps until 2/19. I was told: The step kit you're looking for (82215287AB) supersedes to a newer number (82215287AC) and is currently in development through Mopar accessories. They also won't...

FYI - My lift and Tires.... Warranty Work and Some Rust

I have similar rust on my Rebel where the drive line connects to the differential. I'll ask the dealer next when I go for an oil change. About your gas tank being defective. I have the standard size tank and have a similar issue where the gas nozzle clicks off. Its not consistent enough that I...

The seal is attached to the bed.

    Road noise- interior

I received the seal this Friday and did the install on my October built Rebel. Like others have noted, the seal is centered on the cab/bed. I made the mistake of starting with the outermost hole and could not get the rest to lineup. Eventually I was able to remove the seal and started with...

    Road noise- interior

Here’s a drawing of the bed seals. No.2 in the drawing is the horizontal seal some of us are missing (68309888AA).

    Road noise- interior

I have a Rebel built in October. I have the side rubber seals, but the buttom one is missing. I always attributed the slight increase in road noise to the tires. But I must admit the road noise is slightly higher in my truck than the air suspension Rebel I test drive a few months before I...

    Tight fit

From the driver's seat it sure looks like I'm driving into the furnace. It's an unintended engine block warmer haha!

    Tight fit

I measured my garage at least a half dozen times and compared the measurements against the available specs before I purchased the truck to make sure it would fit. It's tight, but it fits!

Power Running Boards can OEM be add?

I'm in Southern California and got a similar response from a local dealership when I inquired about ordering the power running boards. No Christmas gift for my truck this year!
