Yeah, part # for the lower trim (below slider) is 68402769AA, and the upper panel (above slider) is 68402768AA.

Following up on this. My dealer got the part in and took care of it for me at no charge. I brought my truck in and was out within an hour - they even washed it for me. The trim is a peel and stick piece held to the window frame with space-age double-sided tape. :) Good as new.

On the plus side, my dealer is taking care of it. The plastic pieces can be ordered separately. Thankfully, they don't need to replace the entire rear window.
