I agree but it was the service manager that let me know they would not cover. They stated if it is determined to be the root cause ex sensor error, debris in engine, then even though vehicle under warranty, the warranty would be denied. Just didn’t feel the gains if any were worth the risk.

I purchased a Ram Air flow from the dealership but found out that even with them installing, the warranty is only 1 year. If the CAI is found to be the root problem of an issue, your factory warranty will not cover the repair. I’m not even opening the box, I am selling it as the dealer wants to...

Added Truxedo Prox15, Du-Ha underseat storage and Ram all weather floor mats today.

I called Truxedo and they had me send pics of the packaging and the shipping label. They verified packaging was not theirs and the shipping label not from the also. Plain box covered in tape no labeling and beat up.

Yeah I am waiting on them to get back with me with the return label. Told them I want a refund. Maybe I will hit up @Accessory.Parts about the bedcover

Has anyone else had any trouble with ordering from Realtruck? They have sent me 2 Used Truxedo Pro x15 bedcovers. One even had the other customers paperwork that returned the cover to them inside. Is this a fluke?
