RIght, but I mean after you have it all installed and assembled, did you try to just disconnect the battery afterwards without touching anything? Like a hard reset of the entire truck.
It sounds like something isn't detecting right.
After you did all of that, did you perhaps try to disconnect the battery after you reconnected everything to see if maybe it resets?
I know you probably disconnected battery to dissasimble, but maybe after everything is actually turned on.
COuld this also apply to backing up in reverse but only hearing a 'grinding' noise when cutting left/right.
Like when backing up into a parking space and having to cut the wheels hard. I get a grinding noise occasionally, regardless of weather. But I don't get any indications of brakes at all...
Man,
Sometimes I wonder if I should had saved some money and got a BigHorn and installed this for the leather. I have a feeling it would come out better, and save me close to $15,000
The only thing I wish they had was heated/cooled front/rear seats that could function on the big horn trim.
I think it might look for a space between 2 vehicles, but that's it. It doesn't find any other spots. I'll try the turn signal idea... but not sure if that's really a thing.
It just sucks to have a feature like this and it's really a gimmick. I don't like $60,000 gimmicks
I think the issue isn't the topic or the discussion. It is your mentality towards people saying "stupid" and now stating "You guys" meaning plural, meaning you're directing your words towards other members (sounds like me) despite me not saying anything about the real topic to begin with.
Sorry...
It usually only works for me on passenger side spots, I did try to get closer to the spot and yes I know how to make it work, it's just odd that it takes quite a few trips around the parking lot to get it to work. I have yet to try parallel parking
You 2 arguing about labels and descriptions have made my day.
Neither one of you is wrong. Since I'm active duty, I've been able to travel all over and you'd be surprised at what the gas stations have labeled and for what.
"Plus" is a thing, so is 89. If you don't know what mid-grade fuel is by...
Hey everyone,
So I have a Laramie with level 2 package and I was curious if anyone had some tips and tricks on how to get the park assist to actually work. This thing misses like every parking spot wide open. Been trying to show my truck off to my co-workers and we usually drive my truck for...
I'm about to get the puppy washed, but it's already sunny out and about 70degrees. Not sure if I want to do it now, or just take it to a quick detailing place. They actually do pretty good work for $30.
Sure, it's a bunch of kids - but I get stopped at the light next to them every day on my way...
Yeah. I never been a fan of Carmax. They sell you on an easy process and capitalize on people not willing to negotiate for the best deals.
Early on with car buying, I didn’t haggle. Carmax would had been a better choice. Now, I may try to get a quote on how much my vehicle is worth... but...
Yeah, the side doesn't do much for road noise, it's the underside. Today is good weather for some TLC on the truck. Not going to wash it since it's going to storm this weekend, but I want to check on my AMP PowerSteps vibration issue (possibly touching) and look for the seal. When I'm in the bed...
Didn't update mine, but I got it about 2ish weeks ago. I didn't get any email confirmation on anything though that it was shipped out. It just randomly showed up.
