Winnebago has several models in the 5700 lb dry weight range. You can see them on their website.

I'm looking at a Winnebago Micro Mini 26.9 ft the GVWR is 7,000 lbs with a pin weight of 1060 lbs. I think it would be just right for my wife and me. Do you think it would be a good match for my truck?

What I don't understand is if a fifth wheel is within the weight limits of the truck why do you say don't pull the fifth wheel? What is the difference between a fifth wheel and a travel trailer with both having basically the same weights? Isn't the fifth wheel much safer to tow?

The hitch weight of a 30 ft travel trailer is around 600 to 700 lbs, so a fifth wheel is maybe 1000 lbs to 1200 lbs, so another 500 lbs for the fifth wheel? And the fifth wheel pin weight is in the truck bed not the tail end of the truck.

I like the Roll n Lock covers. Very well made, I had one on the Taco that I traded in for the Ram. 2 years and no problems at all. I have ordered a power version for my Ram, push the button and it unlocks and opens by itself. I will post pictures after the install.

Thanks All! I just traded in my Taco for the Ram, what a difference! I finally have a truck. The Taco was a good vehicle just not enough of a truck for me. I would like to get a small 5th wheel, maybe next year still looking at the specs on those.
