I caulked the outside mostly. I did press a small amount of caulk into the actual cracks themselves on the inside. But that was unnecessary given the bead I laid down on the exterior.

The Infinitys have solved the treble problem for me. Your mileage may vary, but I'm happy with things now. 3 FaitalPros + 2 Infinitys up front are working well with the CDT 6x9s.
Thanks again!
No, replacing the rear glass. The frame is cracked (common problem), and it can't be replaced separate from the glass. So, my dealer quoted $1,400 to replace the glass. I just bought a tube of Permatex and caulked it.
A bit hard to describe. If you're inside the truck looking at the glass, the stock 2019 frame is just flat all the way across on the top edge. The replacements (and I assume newer ones) have what looks like a thick rib molded horizontally across the top. Like a brace that was cast into the part...
I’m not an expert, but I’ve seen a few photos of newer Rams with a reinforced window frame.
I don’t know if that means “fixed” or just “less prone to fail”.

UPDATE: After dinner tonight I took a new tube of Permatex 81173 black silicon and ran a thick bead all along the top of the rear window. There’s a bit of a channel between the window and the truck body and I filled that gap completely.
Then, just to be sure, I ran a bead around the 3rd brake...
UPDATE: I have replaced all four 6x9s with the CDT Audio CL-69S. I also replaced the five front 3.5” speakers (one in each front door and the three on the dash) with the FaitalPRO 3FE22.
I also replaced broken door clips in the panels where needed.
Additionally, I bought a JL Audio...
MikeyHo808 I wonder if you got the wrong ANC bypass. There is one for WITH stock amp/sub system and one WITHOUT. I bought the wrong one at first.

My Red Wolf (same as Metra) harnesses were backwards to the polarity of the speakers (both stock and CDTs). I had to de-pin the harnesses and flip ‘em around. I did the AA battery trick to determine polarity for all the stock speakers and replacements.

Thank you for posting all of this great info! I am following your recommendations so far in the CDTs and Faitals.
Question: what sort of connector did you use for the Faitals? Did you solder bare wires?

I took your post to heart and tested the polarity of the two stock speakers I already replaced. (See below picture.) Then I tore down and rebuilt the Red Wolf harnesses I have yet to install to match that polarity.
When I take the front door panels off again I will swap the harnesses I already...
