I can get some pics with some measurements when I get back from camping this weekend but 5100s on setting 5 with ORP and icon 1.5" spring def gives it rake plenty of rake maybe more than I want. I havent had it long enough to really answer that lol but at first look it feels like the stock rake...
So I just picked the truck up and everything seems fine. They said they could not use the spacer you mention because it doesnt fit right and they installed it without that as you did. Everything drives great so far and seems same as stock for the most part. I say this as I only have 350 miles...
So I did not talk to Bilstein but my shop said they called them and were told that there is a "parts kit" ? I think is the terminology my shop used when talking to me that is not included that would be needed. I explained that whatever part kit they are referring to would be the same thats...
I am located in MD unfortunately. I am going to try and sell whats left of my Readylift SST kit (minus control arms), the rear ORP spring and the stock 4600s as a package locally once I get it back and decide I am happy with it etc. But we will cross that bridge once I get it back etc...
I'm with you, watched that video atleast 20 times now lol Everything I have read says its fine but because Bilstein does not show a compatible model on their website and Bilstein told them directly the only product they offer for the Revel is the 6112, that they do not recomend it and will not...
They specifically said the 6112s are the only thing compatible and BIlstein shows those as the only option. From that angle, i think you are safe to order 6112s. One of the techs at this shop has a Rebel and installed the 6112s over the weekend ironically.
Man, I tell you what.. everything with my Rebel so far has been an adventure.... Shop currently installing 5100s front/rear just called me telling me that 5100s are not compatible with Rebels... They called Bilstein and Bilstein confirmed that 5100s are not in fact compatible with Rebel because...
So I just dropped my truck off to get Bilstein 5100s front and back , Readylift UCA (i purchased a 3.5 SST kit but am only using the control arms) and icon 1.5" rear springs installed on my rebel and the shop just called me asking if I have the "bump stops" from the ready list SST 3.5" and that...
So I just bought a Ram Rebel 2021 from Jones Junction in MD 3/31. Sticker was 58.9 and got it down to 52.5xx, They showed me their invoice for the truck and it was 54xxx. (unless they tried to get me here with some fake document) At that point they were not willing to budge on the price...
They were in stock earlier today and I got a tracking number from the ones I ordered yesterday. Keep checking in the am, they seem to be adding some every day.

They keep adding inventory for the 5100s here and i got a tracking number from my order yesterday. It appears they are in stock and shipping now.
So someone with more experience should confirm but I think you could remove your leveling kit and swap in a set of 5100 adjustables to bring the front down to match the rear...
Yea, This has been extremely helpful. I just shipped a pair of those Icon rear 1.5" springs to use and I guess the plan is to run 5100 on setting 5 with the RL UCAs and no spacers up front. The 5100 with the 1.5" Icon coil spring and no spacer in the rear. I like the idea of keeping the...
So can someone confirm this plan or let me know if I am off here?
2021 Rebel w/ORP
Front: (fairly certain this is straight forward)
RL UCA's
RL Tophat spacer
5100 adjustable on setting 4 (for slight rake)
ORP Spring
Rear:
5100 with ORP coil spring
2" RL Coil spring spacer
I guess the real...
