Our Limited's are all now coming with Longhorn wheels; my Limited build sheet shows Longhorn wheels & has an Estimated Delivery date of 12 July; the Ram Limited build site now shows a picture of Longhorn wheels for the Limited trim. I guess this is Stellantis covering their backside for...
Today the Estimated Delivery date showed 18 July on the Ram Tracker site. Maybe that means that no defects were found on the build & it is ready to ship.
This is what I have heard on the Mopar Insiders website; 2024 model year with production starting in September 2023. I am guessing ordering will open around July 2023.
Someone on this forum posted that the problem was the original sealant used around the rear window got too hard over time and would not allow the rear window & frame to flex and this caused the frame to crack; the factory switched over to a different sealer that remains flexible and will not...
Be careful posting 2 months & 1 day from order to delivery---that could get you knee capped around here. No way would I post that I had a window sticker for my Ram 5 weeks & 5 days from initial order; oh crap, too late to delete this post.
When I tried to order a Rebel on 5 May, only the e-Torque Hemi was offered; on that day, the standard Hemi was still available on Limited trim & this is why I ordered a Limited. When the new 3.0L inline engine is available for the Ram, we will have no choice when selecting either...
I just re-entered my info on the Ram Tracker & it now shows In Production as of 9 June. It took two days for the update to post, so my truck may already be built.
I also received another code in the mail. My truck has not been built so when I go back to the dealer to pick it up I will find out how much it is worth.
I do not see Bed Utility Group listed in your build---you will need this in addition to the Ram Box in order to get the Bed Divider that comes with these two groups.
I had left my Ram Tracker screen on without backing out, thinking it would automatically update; however, since there had been no movement since ordering on 5 May this morning I backed out of the tracker and re-entered the VON and my truck had been scheduled on 25 May. Let the parts gathering...
I test drove three new 2019 Rams at two different dealerships and all had standard Bridgestone tires; all the trucks were fine except for the rough/bumpy ride with the Bridgestone rubber. Before someone asks where in blazes did I find new 2019 Rams, my test drives were summer of 2018.
Regarding the base 3 year/36.000 mile warranty, dealerships can request a 'goodwill' authorization from Stellantis to repair a vehicle up to one year or 12,000 miles beyond the base warranty and/or powertrain warranty, unless this policy has changed since I last worked at a CDJR store in 2011.
Something that surprised the sales manager when my Limited order was submitted on 5 May was the price reduction on the Limited Level 1 group; the Configuration Preview sheet showed $4195 for Level 1, but when the Price Order Confirmation (POC) Sheet was printed and submitted to Stellantis...
