Guys, my RamBox equipped truck was built on July 18 & has been in JS (storage) since then.....likely with that nice dark blue leather-covered dash baking out in the sun. No information or courtesy communication from FCA at all. So very disapointing & frusrating.

On the bright side for you fellas who also ordered early (FCA order bank opened-up 05/08 for RamBox; mine went in 05/09), at least yours has not been sitting somewhere in the sun for 20+ days, waiting for some mystery final tweak/correction/fix. Yours will have all of the latest calibrations...

My already-built RamBox Ltd. hit day 21 in 'JS' today....... Still a complete mystery the component issue, especially as a few have shipped; they must be hand-corrrecting some aspect or part of the RamBoxes??

The on-line configurator presently does not indicate RamBox option is on hold, so that certainly sounds plausible.

We are pulling for you. If yours successfully flies the coup, then maybe they'll cut mine lose from 'JS ' (Day # 16, today).

Yes, I know..... Wouldn't you like to know precisely what is the issue? Can't be TOO big, as they built several trucks without it. Can't be too small either, as they will not ship those trucks without that part.

Day 12 in JS for my RamBox Ltd. Sure wish FCA would have the courtesy to indicate precisely what is the hold-up. Not too much to ask!

I trust that you guys are aware that 'Amber' is only a computer. Almost all of these "live chats" that are on business websites are simply pre-programmed computers...no kidding. Folks have ongoing conversations with them & exchange pleasantries; really remarkable.

Still getting different answers every time I call....a textbook case of poor customer service. Called 3 times today on my 07/18 -built RB LTD. This morning "KZ". This afternoon "still JS". This evening " JS". You can't make this stuff up. Who is the FCA executive in charge of this mess?
