I used a Hypertech around 5 years ago, it's only function besides OBD and body codes diagnostics is tire size adjustment. Should have gone with Alpha or Tazer in retrospect. Currently $230 on Amazon
Did you recalibrate the speedometer? Also, the truck has to work harder to turn bigger tires so it makes sense to hang in 7th for a while, specially if you have a 3.21 ratio
That is odd, but maybe there was some foaming starting to develop as the additives broke down. Hopefully it's not fuel dilution, gas in the oil. Be nice to give it a sniff test but that's more difficult now there isn't a dipstick
