Unfortunetly the block heater won't help as its a battery voltage issue.

An updated to the software seemed to fix it.

Has anyone bought the harness that plugs into the push button so you don't need to cut the red power wire on the factory one? Or is it part of the main dash harness? Also, if the vehicle is started via OBD. Is this kill switch for the start button still effective?

Get the bcm update first...

Same story for me since last winter, new battery and all. So far the bcm update solved my issues. So far....

The BCM update is what seems to fix the issue.

I found the exact rattle as you explained. I just noticed my driver side rear seat latch is loose.

Interesting, the one I rented was a 2018 expedition. The vented seats were amazing.

Agreed they are weak at best. Was in a Ford last year and the vented seats blew these out of the water.

There was a tsb about this on the 2020s. Not sure if it would apply.

Is there a chance that my 2020 built in Dec 2019 doesn't need this fix? Or everything prior to the July date is suspected to have AC issues? I can't say mine is horrible but definitely not the best AC I've experienced.
