Same here, I used alfaobd to enable them. No hardware needed. Very strange indeed that Ram didn’t give this option when we already had the needed equipment.

Funny (or ironic?) that there is a heated section in the windshield where the forward facing camera for active braking lives but not for the wipers. Even though you may not be able to see out of the windshield at least the truck can and will stop you!

I just watched this, that Wagoneer is bad ***! I wish Ram would have put the 6.4 in the 1500 as an option. Doubt it will ever happen now, probably going the 6er TT route.

For me compared to my 4th gen the 5th gen in 4 auto is almost undetectable. I also notice less of a mpg hit as an added bonus.

Nope, hardware is all new for 2022. You could probably change the hardware though of you are willing to part with enough green.
