Yes, 4-wheel drive makes night and day difference in snow and mud. It can also significantly aid in situations like backing up a trailer on a hilly grassy slope or gravel or pulling a boat up a slick boat ramp. It will also help with resale. I live in the Midwest and personally would never have...
IMO, auto stop/start is one of the worst ICE ideas of all time. E-torque is just additional complexity for very minimal benefit. I’m also not a fan of MDS, but that can be easily shut off.
I agree on the digital cluster, just not a fan. I’m also not a fan of e-Torque, so really happy I was able to get the regular Hemi in my Rebel. Absolutely love this truck so far.
IMO, it’s a great option for the price, and almost a must for anyone who tows. These things seem to have a pretty good reserve once you hit empty, but not something I want to bank on to get me to the next station. I’ve been down to the “E” mark on several occasions and the most I’ve ever put in...
He doesn’t list MFT in his sig. I was assuming normal tailgate. Mine had a similar gap when I picked it up, but the tailgate just wasn’t fully closed. It takes a pretty good shove to fully latch it.
Pretty sure MD does use a third party, but not sure which one. If you prefer the Mopar warranty, I’d just purchase through Zeigler.
And don’t forget to use the discount code “payinfull” to get the lowest price.
I’ve never had these issues in the UConnect4 in either one of our Grand Cherokees (2019 and 2020, both w/ 8.4” Nav). Not a single occurrence. It happens weekly in my 2022 Rebel w/ 8.4” and the dreaded UConnect5. Sure seems like a UConnect5 only issue to me.
There are a lot of folks who praise it, but based on the number of issues and longevity complaints that I read about, I switched from a Trailhawk to a Limited when I bought both our Grand Cherokees (it was standard on the Trailhawk). As for the Ram, I use mine like a truck, so I don’t care if it...
Full on paint correction. 8.5 hours start to finish. Been 3 months since it was built. I know most people say today’s paint cures quickly, but I still like to give it some time. Amazing how many paint flaws you can find when you get up close and personal.
I have zero drone with the MBRP cut and clamp muffler. I still have the rear resonators. It is fairly mild sounding unless you really get on it. It has gotten a little louder now that I’ve got almost 2K miles on it. I’ll give it a little longer to see if it continues to get louder as it breaks...
