Nice truck! Blacking out the badges would look great.
I did mine with a complete set I found on eBay for around $100. Not OEM but you cannot tell the difference.
I love my D6 boards.
If you want them to last, I would highly recommend Line-X prior to installing (this is what I did). The finish is meh, they are not aluminum, and the inside of the tubes are raw metal. With that being said, I couldn't be happier with my decision.
The Halogen lights look goofy on these trucks. The aesthetics alone make the $1000 cost to upgrade worth it. Not to mention if you upgrade later, you will certainly spend more and they won't be covered under warranty if they go bad.
I get it from the upper B Pillar on the driver's side only when it is very windy. I was going to ask the dealer to look at it, but I am afraid they will just make it worse. Since it only happens once every so often, I can just live with it.
I have a rattle coming from the passenger side rear window area with the HK system. Not sure if that is what you mean when you say "left" (It is left if you are looking backwards lol)...but I believe there are some threads here on how to fix it. I haven't tried it yet, but I am planning to when...
Pretty much every local dealer in my area has nothing to choose from when it comes to new inventory.
Yeah, the trade in prices are great...but I would only do this if I weren't planning to replace the truck right away.
I ordered these from eBay and the quality is great. They feel no different from the OEM badges I removed and the adhesive is very strong.

Power steps are awesome, but I drive my truck on the beach alot during the summer, and winters are cold here. Between those two factors all I see are issues after a couple of years of use.
So far so good, very solid and no flex whatsoever. I live close to the shore so getting them rhino lined was a must. The inner side of the rails are raw metal, so I don't think they would last too long in their original form. Just something to be aware of.
The projector turns, hence "bending" the light as Royalist stated. Pretty awesome feature actually and makes more of a difference then one would think. Also - the sole fact that the Limited/Longhorn offers a projector based headlight is a huge upgrade in itself. Reflectors will never outperform...
Sold my 2018 GC Limited to Carvana back in September and bought my RAM. No looking back!!
And yes, I used to frequent the JeepGarage/JeepForum pages quite often under a different username.
