Negative, the backlight is controlled by a relay that triggers when my marker lights are on and the main light is controller by my auxbeam controller

I did not but my sway bar was pulled down a bit, the links fixed that!

Get yourself a 19 mm ratcheting swivel wrench. There’s not much room to access the top nut so the swivel lets you attack from a weird angle. I’ll be posting the video on my channel this week. Also lots of PB blaster to help things come off a bit easier.

Threw on some new links last night. These are 3/4” longer and pushed my sway bar back to almost being parallel to the ground. Last suspension upgrade for a long time for me…

I don’t know what their plans are. I know the owner drives a rebel so I’m sure most parts will be centered around those for now.

My truck didn’t have factory ambient so I have to run all new body wire harnesses and jumpers to connect everything.

Following up to my Paragoptics posts, here’s the full walkthrough. Very long video but I tried to be as thorough as possible. I also added an FAQ part in the end based on questions I received.

Nice exact same kit I just installed, I filmed the install for my channel as the instructions on their page leave a lot to the imagination. I just finished this morning and everything is working great!

This is the base retrofit kit. My truck didn’t come with ambient lighting so I have to re-pin every door harness, install all the wiring for the leds, and pull power for the PDM’s. Did you already have ambient lighting in your truck?

Day 2 of my Paragoptics retrofit kit install. Lots of wire runs. Good news is I only rage quit twice during the install yesterday! I’m about 10 hours deep into this project. Lot’s of detailed work but I think the results will be well worth it!

Installed the new Dark Dune front light mounts this weekend. Shout out to my wife for helping me pull my bumper off. Hopefully my SS5’s show up soon! Obligatory, here’s the install video:
