I was, that's where I started writing How to's back in high school. I still have a soft spot in my heart for a well done Honda EM1 of EK. Learned so much messing around with that car.
I'm sure Ram would frown upon someone doing this but if someone collated all the PDFs that folks have shared into a Google share folder...that'd be awesome. Back in the day, I remember someone released a Civic repair manual on ClubCivic and it was an absolute gold mine of info. Dude became...
Unlikely to be DD, no matter how much begging and pleading I do, not looking like we'll see a skid plate from them.
In a perfect world, I'd love to see a skid plate developed (or purchased from DD) and handed over to a team who can produce it at scale. With how efficient those 3D scanners are...
Has anyone replaced the vents on the rear of the center console?
After interrogation and bribery offers neither of my kids turned in the perpetrator, but one of them broke the tab off the driver’s side vent and I want to replace the part.
Guessing maybe that top trim comes off and the center...
Just dropping in to bug you about this lol. Since bumpers are few and far between for our rebels, I for one would be down with a DD skid plate kit. Speaking from experience the build quality on your front light brackets is top notch, could only image how these would pan out!
I had a chirp over bumps and it turns out to be the pins on my brake calipers. I pulled them off, cleaned them, and regreased them. Had the same issue on a Grand Cherokee. Hit the caliper with a rubber mallet and see if you can replicate the noise. For me this did the trick on my 2020 Rebel.
Food for thought, its pretty easy to install led strips under your bed rails and power them off of your trailer 12v+ wire with a switch of meg switch in the tail gate. Its also going to be a heck of a lot cheaper and give your arguably better light coverage in your bed. I think this kit cost...
Kicked off a quick video series with a run down of all the lights and the mounts I use on my truck. This is part 1 where I talk through the lighting specs. In the next video I'll show the light output and coverage at night.
Tbh, the Tapatalk app is becoming more and more useless for this forum. Sucks because it was a great way to access a bunch of forums. I post and browse way less in this forum with tapatalk having so many issues.
For what it’s worth, I dropped some nighttime footage on my Instagram the other day. Took 5 minutes from locating footage, downloading to my phone, and uploading to the gram which is pretty damn impressive I think.
You lose some quality when uploading to YouTube/instagram but on my phone, I can...
Out of curiosity, do you have a completely stock sound system or did you add amps?
I ask because I had this issue pop up when I upgraded to the 12” uc4 radio from the 8. I have an lc7 feeding a 5 channel amp.
When I ran the program to add the features to my BCM, I lost all sound in my truck. I...
Zip tie wasn’t totally necessary but I used it to pull the wires together. I have this weird phobia of rattle noises and didn’t want the extra length of harness hanging and contacting the plastic cover. Again probably wasn’t needed but it didn’t hurt to install it.
Obligatory, it wasn't today but it was this last weekend....installed the FitCam Model A in my Rebel. So far the fitment and function is awesome! I'm kind of surprised how easy it easy to pull footage from the camera onto my phone.
