Nope. It's wherever you leave it. I usually turn it down to around 4-6 when I get out or unplug my phone since different sources can be dramatically different volumes at the same setting (ie- streaming something from my phone is much quieter at '10' than FM radio is)
Welcome!
Shoulda measured (or brought one home for a 'test fit') before buying. That's why I ended up with a Quad Cab. QC is 4" shorter than a short bed CC. QC just barely fit in my garage.
Used car values are extremely high right now. Maybe you can sell it for more than you paid. 😉
Welcome! This forum is primarily 1500s, you'll probably get a lot more info and replies from the sister site dedicated to 2500/3500 Rams- https://hdrams.com/forum/index.php
I've had 3 vehicles so far with 8.4" UC4 (none with built-in nav though). None of them have ever had what I'd call a 'serious issue', and yes I use every feature. My Charger would occasionally (maybe once every couple months) become unresponsive, go black, and reboot itself. Whole process would...
Same. I have a step along the front so I can only pull in so far. The 4" shorter Quad Cab made all the difference. Pics from my QC 'test fit' before I bought my Delmonico Red. Dealer initially didn't want to give me a QC to try since he thought it was the same length as the CC I already tried...
Nope. Garages are for vehicles. Workout stuff belongs in the house (basement/bonus room/etc)😜. I have a 2 car attached for the daily drivers and just built a 24'x24' detached for my project car/repair space. Wish I could have gone bigger with the new one, but didn't want to take up the entire yard.
He's a frequent poster, which means he's also pretty familiar with what is posted/complained about on this forum (where people like yourself post for advice/assistance with issues) and he's saying he's never seen that issue discussed (unlike say the 48v battery failure and cracked rear window...
Whenever I check Carvana I just put fake personal info in. Idk about Vroom, but Carvana will still give you a quote on the spot instead of emailing it to you as long as the truck and general location info is correct.
I checked Carvana recently and my '20 with 15k on it is worth $6k more to them than I originally paid almost 2 years ago. Granted I got a pretty good deal back in the 'good old days' of early 2020, but still...
I know there's not much inventory out there, but surely you can find one of each to test drive somewhere locally and see how they ride for yourself. I think my 1500 rides significantly better than my buddy's 2500 (although his is a bit older and I haven't been in his truck a lot). My truck rides...
It's not a bolt in piece, so yes they'd have to cut & weld. And you wouldn't want them welding stuff close to your easily melted/flammable interior, so out it comes.
What happened?
From December 2020. Reasonably sure they've cleaned up the mess by now. (I hope anyway 🤣)
