Yes two bolts, one is already on the frame that you loosen up and slide the hook over it and then a second bolt that is supplied with the kit.

Honestly I don't really care if the animated feature works on my Laramie as I don't plan to spend the money to upgrade the headlights, I just want to make sure the LED Tail lights will work including the led strip that wraps around the tail light.

Got my rough country tow hooks installed finally, easy install.

yea I don't think the grills/filler panels are interchangeable either, The 2025 has a taller grill. you'd have to swap the entire front end including the bumper.

One annoyance I have noticed with the colder weather and of coarse the tire pressures dropping is that you have to fill the tires back up to exactly 39 llb feet or more for the light to go off. If you only fill to 37 or 38 then the light stays on even though 37 or 38 is an acceptable...
