My drivers side rear door sounds like there's a loose speaker or window motor. Sounds cheap when you close it. I rarely slam the door, just try to give enough push to close it. I grind my teeth when people slam the doors. No reason for it. It's not a '73 Camaro with sagging doors. LOL
Were the AGS shutters hitting the shroud? I'm not sure why you removed them if the air is coming through the grill >then through the AGS>then up the shroud>through the filter. The air was tapped before the radiator, do you think heat was still trickling into the airflow?

I bought in March and it hasn't gotten hot and humid enough to notice, but I will definitely keep an eye on it.
It would be a total bummer if the A/C is sub-par.

I traded in my 2008 Dodge Ram Lone Star (original buyer) for a 2020 Big Horn Night Edition.
I love the ride so far. I'm not too big on major mods (lifts, exhaust, etc.). I bought what I wanted.... no need to change it.
